What is your training focus?My training focus is based on three primary components: Capacity, Competence, and Efficiency. My training methods are based on my belief in key fundamental basketball skills & abilities that I believe each player should possess. As a teacher, my goal is to teach & develop competent, fundamentally-sound players that possess a high work capacity.

How long have you worked with youth basketball players?I have worked with youth basketball players for over 20 years.

What ages do you train?I train both boys and girls ages 6 -16.

What skill levels do you work with?I train players at the following skill levels: - Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced - Elite

Where do you train?I hold my training sessions both indoors & outdoors at various locations.

How long are your training sessions?Training sessions are 60-75 minutes in length.

How much do you charge per session?I charge a flat rate of $60 per training session.

What is your weekly training schedule?I hold training sessions Tuesday - Friday at 5am, as well as weekends with sessions beginning as early as 7am.
