  • What is your training focus?
    My training focus is based on three primary components: Capacity, Competence, and Efficiency. My training methods are based on my belief in key fundamental basketball skills & abilities that I believe each player should possess. As a teacher, my goal is to teach & develop competent, fundamentally-sound players that possess a high work capacity.
  • How long have you worked with youth basketball players?
    I have worked with youth basketball players for over 20 years.
  • What ages do you train?
    I train both boys and girls ages 6 -16.
  • What skill levels do you work with?
    I train players at the following skill levels: - Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced - Elite
  • Where do you train?
    I hold my training sessions both indoors & outdoors at various locations.
  • How long are your training sessions?
    Training sessions are 60-75 minutes in length.
  • How much do you charge per session?
    I charge a flat rate of $60 per training session.
  • What is your weekly training schedule?
    I hold training sessions Tuesday - Friday at 5am, as well as weekends with sessions beginning as early as 7am.
